Burnout is not a new thing – But I feel that FINALLY, it is getting the awareness and recognition needed to make fundamental changes in our workplace and life.

I certainly have, numerous times. In fact, I found my Self in the same cycles that brought me back to burnout. It inspired me to study and qualify as a stress management consultant a while ago – And the knowledge I gained helped me manage my own stress and work with my clients.

Here comes the big BUT…

As much as I loved learning about stress management, there was a missing piece. As a sensitive soul, I noticed that we could be doing all the recommended strategies to manage our stress (like meditation, sleep, eating well etc) BUT it often is not enough. It is not enough because if you are sensitive by nature, our energy exchanges are affected by factors that are not so obvious… For example: You could be sitting down on a beautiful peaceful beach (with no obvious stress factors seemingly present) and STILL feel like your energy is feeling off or drained.

As sensitive souls (whether you label your Self as an empath, HSP, or something else), the fact is that our energy exchanges are much deeper. This is what also needs exploration during burnout. An understanding and awareness of how we use our own energy in our daily life and what we can change to recover and heal from burnout. And to make sure that we don’t return to it again!

For starters, we hold on to a lot of stuff (emotions, stress, negative thoughts etc) that may not be our own. Consciously or unconsciously, we feel the weight of it. And it takes its toll on our own energy and stress levels. After a while, this grows and is a big factor in burnout.

There are tools out there to combine stress management AND energy management. And this is what I want to explore in this webinar series. Part 1 is 1 hour long and totally FREE.
