Every month, I want to share a yoga set or meditation that I am going to do every day. This is the one for July 2020 – Activating our navel point (Solar Plexus Chakra) and firing up!
I think after the first half of this year, it is fitting to have a yoga set that will build on our Solar Plexus – to push forward with fire energy, to move in confidence and courage – and to face old fears and doubts. This is a time when many of us are pushing past our own comfort zones in our work and personal lives. For this reason, I chose this one. Let’s activate our navel point, our 3rd Chakra!
As always, listen to your body – go at your own pace – rest if needed and stop if any pain comes up. Kundalini yoga is about awareness, so allow your Self to go within and listen to anything that comes up – your thoughts are also important. I also recommend writing a journal entry after. This is a good practice to build on so don’t worry if this is something you have to build up on – We have the whole month so pace your Self!

If there were no issue with failure or fear, which direction would I like to steer my life in for the next half of 2020?
