Daily Hiit (High Intensity Interval Training) is a no-nonsense way of training at home and all it takes is 12mins of intense interval training – and the good news is there are online videos posted up with the routines – for FREE! Yes, free. This form of training has incredible long lasting benefits!
I was a fan of the original Body Rock website too, with many recent changes to the presenters – and now the name change for this year. However, what did stay the same throughout the show is the videos and the helpful tips/modifications for each step – so every level can join in!
The best part, no gyms needed lol. Money saver. The only thing you will need to invest in is a timer (GymBoss is great) – I skip using the equipment and use the modifications instead – but you can go all-out and buy those too if you like 🙂

It takes me back to the days when models were toned and healthy-atheltic looking (thinking Cindy Crawford etc). I personally think that this is a positive image for women to be healthy and sexy at the same time. I think we all enjoy the feeling of being healthy and strong too… and after the holidays, many of us have this goal in mind for the New Year too 🙂
I started my workout today, with a few yoga stretches afterwards. I am buzzing and feeling amazing right now as I type…
