We are living through transformational times – With this comes challenges and Shadow Self reflections. Autumn is the transitional point where we dive in deeper!

The transitional seasons of Spring and Autumn have an effect on us and our energy. Nature starts to give us clues as to where and how to tune in to our energy.

Take a moment to reflect on your thoughts and emotions when you think of Autumn. What is your relationship with this season? I know some people who always look forward to it, but I also know people who are aware that they suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder (S.A.D) and Autumn reminds them of this. These transitional seasons have the biggest impact if we want to create change and set up new seeds which can bring up a lot within our Self! Especially during these challenging times.
