It’s that time of year again… I must admit, I’m getting better during these times of the year. There are many things that come up to work through – but it is also a good opportunity too! It’s a good time to be flexible (as things might unexpectedly change or communications can be more challenging) and reflect on actions we need to take. Hang in there! 🙂
