Yoga Bites ~ The Five Tibetan Rites

Sometimes we don’t have time to do a full hour work out or yoga session and that is when these mini “holistic bites” (as I love to call them), come in handy – quick, simple, energising and easy to do!

This is one of my favourite quick yoga sessions that work with your amazing energy system on such a deep level!
