I’ve always been addicted to music and I have found that the best time to absorb nourishing music fully is throughout my yoga and meditation practices at home… it gives me space to explore different music that nourishes me in some way or for some reason felt right for me on that particular day.
So, I thought I’d dedicate Monday blog posts to mellow music… a chance to post up some music songs and artists that have been on my yoga playlist. I do have a varied music taste so each week might be a little different but I hope you enjoy!
