EPISODE 12 – INSPIRATION
The first of many journal inspiration podcasts!
Building a Self practice takes time but it can be a fun process that develops over time! I am hoping these shorter podcasts will give you some new inspiration to try different exercises.
Try each exercise for at least a week, with daily journal writing and see where it takes you! Just like intuition, it’s about being open and allowing the process to unfold. Enjoy!

🗝 EXERCISE 1 – WHAT & HOW DOES “INTUITION” FEEL TO YOU?
We experience our intuitive Self in different ways, so take aa long as you need to for exploring how and what intuition means to you and where you feel it the most.
You can take your Self back in time when intuition kicked in – What/where did you feel this? Was it a physical sensation in your body? Maybe it was a vision in your dreams? What did you feel after you experienced it? Did you follow it and if not, why?
What is your relationship with your intuitive Self? Do you trust it and if not, why not?
What blocks you from trusting and following it fully?
And right now, what has your intuition been telling you about choices in your lie?
🗝 EXERCISE 2 – CONNECTING & CONNECTING TO INTUITION THROUGHOUT THE DAY…
We all have daily habits and we can have a conversation with our inner voice as we move along our regular day… So from the moment you wake, invite it to come along for the day ahead.
At any given random moment, ask your intuitive voice a question – see what comes up.
Affirmation: Today, I am fully open to truly listening to my intuition!

To br truly present, we sometimes need that extra boost by getting out of our comfort zone and experiencing new things in our life. That way, we can engage our intuition and senses into everything. Follow what excites you…
Ask your Self right now: What have I been feeling like changing or trying out?
It can be a new walking route, a new place, a new class (online or face-to-face) and anything else. It can be anything that makes you feel excited to try!
And as you experience this new thing in your life, return to having a conversation with your intuitive voice. This will anchor and ground you further into the experience of NOW!
