  1. I like this! And I wonder if some of the “don’ts” and “nevers” could be changed in their language. When I hear don’t’ and never, I feel guilt or something.
    instead of “don’t be a people pleaser,” maybe “follow your heart”
    Or for # 7 and 8: Say yes more often, Say No when you need to…
    Just a thought!
