In Part 3, we are ready for release! We walked through the journey, we did our Shadow work and tuned in to everything that came up… Now for the release! Unlike many energy cord cutting meditations, we are releasing from the Heart – the place where our upper and lower Chakra triangles meet and where healing integrates into our Self.
